read_csv and to_csv with the parameters that matter (sep, usecols, dtype, parse_dates, index=False), plus JSON and Parquet.
- Pass index=False to to_csv unless you really want the index saved as a column.
- parse_dates and dtype at read time save a lot of cleaning later.
